Booo Hiss Boo Hiss
After last week I had a 4.8 lose this week I had a gain. I couldn't believe it I stayed on my pts and got in my exercise. But I did up my water so I am hoping that this was just retaining water.

Goals for this week....
- Stay on Plan- write everything down and stay with in my daily points
- Get my H2O in
- Exercise
Monday- Run 30 minutes
Tuesday- Kickboxing and Muscle Pump classes at the Y
Wednesday- Run with TNT(teamintraining) 45minutes
Thursday- Run, Kickboxing, and Muscle Pump
Friday- Go to the Y
Saturday- TNT 6 miles and go to the Y
Sunday- workout at the Y and do Biggest Loser DVD

My favorite recipies
~Easy Salsa ~
2 cans of Black beans
1 can diced tomatoes with peppers or chilies
1 can of corn w/ green and red peppers
1 red or green chopped pepper Diced Chilies or Jalapeños Salt-(to taste) Chopped garlic or powdered garlic-(to taste) ½ of freshly squeezed lime juice Combine ingredients and Enjoy with chips or celery sticks!!!

10 oz. extra lean ground turkey
1 medium onion diced
2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes w/ peppers
2 medium zucchini diced
2 medium yellow squash diced 1 Red pepper Jalapenos about 2 spoonfuls
15 oz. can of black beans-rinsed and drained (any bean is good)
2 cans fat free beef broth(Instead of broth I use a small can of spicy V8)
4 celery stalks diced 1 can of corn with red and green peppers
1 or 2 pkgs dry chili seasoning (Or you can use chili powder) Garlic powder or a clove Sauté turkey and onion till brown. Transfer to a large soup pot and add remaining ingredients. Simmer over medium heat until veggies are tender. About 30 minutes
( I love this recipe: I make whole wheat noodles and top with chili, or I put ff sour cream on top with ff cheese and eat with scoop tortilla chips, or I put in to a flat out wrap with cheese, lettuce, and veggies and make a burrito)

Goals
I have had a crazy weekend, I went off points on Sunday but I am back to plan. I got in 140 oz of water today and ran for 30 minutes. I have a couple goals I would like to accomplish in 2008:
- Reach goal by B-day 2/26
- Run the flying pig marathon
- Be a success story for WW
- Become a personal trainer
